Emaa Blue Portfolio Management Inc., as a fully independent and comprehensive portfolio management company providing professional portfolio management and investment advisory services, joined the group's financial sector affiliates in 2024 with the aim of offering sustainable growth and innovative solutions to its investors.

Following the Capital Markets Board's authorization, Emaa Blue Portfolio Management Inc. will establish and manage investment funds tailored to the economic environment and investors' risk and return preferences; mediate the purchase and sale of investment fund participation shares; and provide personalized portfolio management and investment advisory services. The company will also offer ancillary services such as consultancy related to capital markets and general advice on transactions involving capital market instruments.
