First Steps

In 2002, established Interfoods Services Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (Interfoods Services Food, Industry and Trade Co.) laying the foundation of Golden Gateway Holding. This step marked the beginning of our company's growth journey.

Gateway Management Logistics Co.

In 2002, founded Gateway Management Logistics Co. starting to provide visa application services. Currently we provide visa application services to over 20 countries.

Electra-Eos Company

Established in 2003 as a subsidiary of Golden Gateway Holding to carry out sales and marketing activities of the group.

Ayvalık Geothermal Sustainable Investment Co.

In 2018, established Ayvalık Geothermal, acquiring the underground water license rights in the region.

Fortius IT Engineering Services Co.

Established in 2020 as a company of Golden Gateway Holding, reinforced its place in industry with modern software development activities. With this technology company, we continue to offer a wide range of services in corporate cloud solutions, mobility, business solutions and custom software.

EMAA Insurance Co.

In 2021, established EMAA Insurance to operate in non-life insurance branch. We started to provide comprehensive services in many insurance branches such as accident, illness, health, land vehicles, transport, fire, natural disasters, and currently the leader in travel health branch.

Gateway International Visa and Consulting Services Co.

In 2016, we were licensed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye to provide “Türkiye visa” application services on behalf of our overseas embassies. With Gateway International founded in 2020, we continue to provide visa application services in 10 countries.

Consolidation under Holding

In 2020, we consolidated our all group companies under a single roof, establishing Golden Gateway Holding. This re-organization created a stronger foundation for our future projects and synergy among our companies, accelerating our growth.

Alanya University Education Investments

In 2023, as Golden Gateway Holding, we launched our education investments that we have planned for long with the awareness of social responsibility, entering the education sector. This step increased our contribution to education, enabling us to invest in the future.

Gateway Management Azerbaijan

We transferred our +20 years of experience in visa application services to Azerbaijan. With our Gateway Management Azerbaijan company established in 2023 we are providing visa application services on behalf of Azerbaijan government to Austria, Czechia, Croatia, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, and Norway.

EMAA Blue Portolio Management Co.

In 2024, EMAA Blue Portolio Management Co. established under Golden Gateway Holding. EMAA Blue Portfolio provides investment management and financial consulting services in areas such as personal portfolio management, securities, property and venture capital fund management.

GateXen Petroleum Energy Co.

Established in 2024, GateXen provides integrated solutions in areas such as renewable energy, electricity generation, energy efficiency, petroleum products, e-charging stations, and digital energy management. Our mission is to lead the energy transformation with eco-friendly solutions and meet the needs of industry with sustainable projects.
