UI GreenMetric ranking supports academic studies of universities developing solutions to environmental problems while enabling good practices in sustainability to be shared across.    In addition, it creates a healthy competition among universities on environment-friendly initiatives, evaluating academic and environmental performance based on various criteria.  UI GreenMetric aims to contribute in not only environmental achievements of universities but also their sustainable social development goals.
